Intellectual property and licence
Last updated: 15 September 2026
Who owns the course
The videos, scripts, worksheets, templates, content breakdowns, texts, design and brand of Tokkoacad are protected by the Portuguese Copyright and Related Rights Code (Código do Direito de Autor e dos Direitos Conexos) and by EU and international intellectual property law. They belong to the seller, Everson Claudio Bispo dos Santos Junior, or are used with the permission of their owners. Buying a plan does not transfer ownership of any of them to you.
Your licence
When you buy, you get a licence to use the content of your plan. It is personal (for you only), non-exclusive (others buy the same licence), non-transferable (you cannot sell, give or lend it) and valid for as long as you have access, as described in the terms. If you get a refund, the licence ends and you should stop using the materials. Content you already published before the refund can stay online.
What you can do
- Watch the lessons as often as you like on your own devices.
- Download and print the worksheets and templates for your own use.
- Use the templates, the hook bank and the script templates to create your own social media content, and adapt them as much as you want.
- Use them to create content for clients if you work as a freelancer, agency or social media manager. The finished content you deliver belongs to you or your client.
- Talk about what you learned in your own words and mention Tokkoacad.
- Quote short extracts for criticism, commentary or teaching, with credit, within the limits the Code allows.
What you cannot do
- Resell, rent or give away the course, the lessons or your access.
- Share your access link, or the lessons, with anyone else, including in groups, forums or chats.
- Upload lessons, or parts of them, to YouTube, social media, file-sharing sites or anywhere else, public or private.
- Record your screen or download videos to keep or distribute copies of the lessons.
- Sell, distribute or give away the templates, worksheets or breakdowns, as they are or with small changes, for example as a template pack.
- Use the course materials, including the templates, to create or sell a competing course, programme, membership or training product.
Breaking these rules is a breach of the contract and may also infringe copyright. We can end your access as the terms explain and use the civil and criminal remedies the law provides.
Your content stays yours
Content you create with what you learned is yours. When you send content for a Max review or post in the community, you keep all your rights. You only allow us to view it and prepare your review. We will not use your content, name or profile in our marketing without asking you first and getting your written permission.
Reporting infringement
If you think something on our site or in the course infringes your rights, or you find our lessons published without permission, write to support@tokkoacad.com with your name and contact, a description of the work or right concerned, the link or exact place where it appears, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that your information is accurate. We reply within 2 working days and, when a report is justified, remove the content or ask for its removal as quickly as possible.
Third-party trademarks
Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platform names mentioned on the site and in the course are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe what the course covers. Tokkoacad is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those companies. See the results disclaimer.
