Cookie policy

This policy explains what Tokkoacad stores on your device, why, and how you control it. It follows article 5 of Portuguese Law 41/2004, as amended by Law 46/2012, and the GDPR.
What the law requires
Cookies are small pieces of data a website saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature. The law treats both the same way: anything stored on your device needs your prior consent, unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for. Tokkoacad uses local storage, not cookies of its own.
The consent banner
On your first visit, a banner lets you choose between three categories. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and the optional categories are off until you turn them on.
- Necessary: always on, because the site cannot work without it. It covers only what is listed in the table below.
- Analytics: off by default. Nothing in this category exists today.
- Marketing: off by default. Nothing in this category exists today.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the footer of every page.

Stripe's cookies are controlled by Stripe and covered by the Stripe privacy policy. They are not set on our pages.
If we add tools later
If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, such as the Meta or TikTok pixels, they will only load after you consent to that category. We will add each one to the table above, with its provider, purpose and duration, and show the banner again so you can decide.
How to clear storage
You can delete local storage and cookies in your browser settings, usually under privacy or site data, for tokkoacad.com only or for all sites. Deleting tk.consent makes the banner appear again. Deleting tk.access does not cancel your purchase: open the access link from your email again, or ask us to re-send it through the contact page.
